From the Tappan Zee Bridge

1. Proceed north on New York State Thruway (287) to Exit 13N (Palisades Interstate Parkway North).
2. Take the Palisades to Exit 11 (New Hempstead Road)
3. Turn left onto New Hempstead Road.
4. Proceed under overpass and up hill.
5. Friedwald Center is on the left (before the Route 45 traffic light).

From the George Washington Bridge

1. Take the Palisades Interstate Parkway North to Exit 11.
2. Follow above directions.
